Our family enjoyed 10 years in our Buchan Home and when it came time to sell, we listed with Andrew. The house sold within a week of Andrew's Open House for more money per square foot than any other home in our subdivision of Buchan homes. Not only does Andrew own a Buchan home, but he also understands the quality of design and workmanship that goes into each Buchan home. When listing our home, we felt it was important to list it with an agent who was excited about the Buchan product and knew how to express it to the buyers.
One of the most important aspects of selling a house is the "marketing of the home" which we believe is Andrew's strong point. Andrew doesn't use the typical cookie cutter approach.
